Hope is a Feeling Worth Holding and the Time is Now

Just a therapist dedicated to breaking mental health stigmas, advocating for what matters, empowering individuals, and holding hope!

What’s Important to Me

Let’s break mental health stigmas, raise awareness, and discuss how to care for ourselves in this world!

Mental Health.

Working to make mental health a priority can be difficult! You do not have to do so alone. Let’s talk about it.

Anyone who knows me personally, knows I am all about self-care! It is okay to schedule time for yourself.

Here you will find a curation of content dedicated to various interests and activities that make up my lifestyle.

The information on this website is not intended to replace mental health services, consultation, or treatment. Additionally, this site does not imply nor establish any therapist-client relationship. If you or someone you know is distress or crisis, please check out the resources I have provided.

Now that we’ve got some quick facts out of the way, perhaps I should properly introduce myself.

I want to create a space where we can rejoice and celebrate the joys of life, while also creating space to hold hope through the hardships of life.
